Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. on May 3, 1993 by the Yunnan Provincial Economic System Reform Commission Cloud (1993) No. 48 approved the Yunnan white pharmaceutical factory for the reform of modern enterprise system, the establishment of Yunnan Baiyao Industrial Co., Ltd., in Yunnan Province Registration of the Administration. (1993) No. 55 approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Company issued 20 million shares (including 200,000 internal staff shares) to the public for the first time in November 1993, and issued 400 million shares at an issue price of 3.38 yuan / Share, after the release of the total share capital of 8,000 shares. In October 1996, the Company was renamed as Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. at the meeting of the EGM.
